nox Austria GmbH‘ SWAP service makes possible the quick, unbureaucratic and secure collection of defective equipment from your customers and/or providing them, on-site, with replacement or loaned equipment. Where necessary, light additional work (such as, for example, commissioning, test running, replacement of consumables, etc.), as well as upstream and downstream transport services, all tied together in an integrated logistical concept, may also be undertaken. Each national consignment is insured according to our AGB, point VIII, in case of loss or damage up to max. 1,600 €. For national or international shipments of particularly valuable or fragile shipments, we recommend increasing the coverage amount. nox Austria GmbH’ WeekendService is the perfect solution for your consignments on weekends or public holidays. This service is particularly sought-after at present in the agriculture and automotive (trucks) sectors but is also available to other sectors.

For work which has to be carried out regardless of the day of the week and for other urgent cases, nox Austria GmbH’ WeekendService offers the following advantages in addition to NightTimeExpress:

  • Fast delivery of spare parts on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays throughout Germany and the neighbouring European countries.
  • Flexibility due to various time options.
  • Special harvest service during the main harvesting times in the agricultural sector with delivery seven days a week.
Support throughout the whole customs clearance process (imports exports).
